No, I just downloaded the file, unzipped it, and then clicked "Open" is RPCS3 and waited for the shaders to compile. Once that was finished, the game started, I was able to go through the menus and everything seemed fine. I don't have the rock band controllers so I couldn't play the game but everything else seemed to work.
yes, you are able to open it in rpcs3? Did you have to do anything with the dkey?
