That's the same CRC I get, so your download isn't corrupted unless my download also got corrupted in the exact same way, which is very unlikely. I don't know why Vimm shows a different CRC. I think it's probably the CRC for the original ISO.
It sounds like it might not be properly displaying the screen that comes up during shader compilation. Do you usually see a screen with the art for the game and a little progress bar that says "compiling shaders"?

When I clicked on CRC32 in 7-zip the result was: CRC32 97B5AF2f
I used 7zip to unzip the file and opened it and again it was just a black screen. I just left the black screen this time though and the game actually did start 10 minutes later. Any ideas why I'm getting 10 min of a black screen?
