If you're talking about the Collector's Edition with bonus costumes, that was DLC and not on the disc itself.
If you're talking about the regular EU release of the game, that's here:

I couldn't figure out what the difference between the versions is.
If you can't see EU releases in the Vault, scroll to the bottom of the page and change your filter settings to enable them.
