Looking at romhacking.net there's about two dozen completed PS1 translations. I'll work on adding them to The Vault.

I know there is a PS1 version of tales of phantasia ( superior to the GBA version and a upgrade to the SNES version), however it was only released in Japan and has no legal English translation i used to have a English translation of the ISO but lost it during a BSOD in my last build, anyone know where to find another or acquire one for the site?
