PS2 Downloads

For some reason when I try to download a PS2 game, the download won't start, or if it does it quickly goes to 0KB/s. I tried Gamecube and Wii games of similar size and they work fine, so it appears to just be PS2. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know how to fix it? Please help
