Whenever I download a ROM, the speed usually caps at around 600 kb/sec. Is this happening to anyone else? I pay for 35 mb/sec download so I don't think my router or modem is the issue. I know this isn't exactly a world-ending issue, but it's not exactly the most convenient thing in the world to wait about an hour for a gamecube game to download.
