Never mind, I successfully managed to back it up using CloneCD.
The dump got stuck at 85% but I tested the file anyway in ePSXe v2.0.5 and all the demos work fine (even some that didn't work on hardware) weirdly enough.

I have a black demo disc labelled 'Registered Users Demo SCED-01385' which I am having trouble dumping. It can be read by my PC but ImgBurn hangs when I try to back it up (most likely due to disc errors as it is very scratched up). In the meantime, I have searched for dumps online (where I learned I had the 4th version) and have not been able to find anything. Please help.
