Try clearing your cookies / download history that should hopefully work if not try it on a computer

So, I've been using Vimm's Lair for a while now and right now I always see this thing when I try to download ROMs in mobile. When I click Download, it doesn't work. All it says is that I should wait for a while or if I wasn't I will wait for a couple of minutes said by it. I did wait couple of minutes and nothing really worked! It's still the same. I didn't know why this happened but this has been happening for me in 2/3 months. Could I please have an explanation for this? I've been waiting for this to be fixed..
