You probably didn't set up something to act as a wiimote then. It's emulating the console itself so it's normal for all the usual stuff to appear like x controller missing, press this button or copyright tags.
SO I downloaded rhythm heaven fever and whenever I start the game says your wii mote is disconnected by emulated software
