You can still download from Emuparadise with a script, although it seems the niche things like soundtracks don't entirely work, so getting the Virtual Boy ROMs might be a pain.
Roms for this one seem kind of weird and a little difficult to find unless I'm just missing something. Emuparadise and Romsmania look like they have them but I'm not entirely sure it's a full list. And with some of the weird stuff that's happened with Emuparadise I dunno if people recommend that one these days. Those two looked to be the best bet from what I was able to find though. And both have Wario Land which is like... 90% of why I could imagine anyone would want a VB emulator lol
