That is pretty much what I said - the emulator mentions having your own PS2 to get a BIOS to avoid legal problems, because if they said you should just download it they could get sued. Even if you don't have a PS2, the bios is available to download here.
to derpy snake no you miss understood me it was the emulator itself said I needed the bios at the time to set up the emulator and I didn't have bios cause I did not have them but never mind thanks for the advice though
