continuous 401 issue

Hey, I'm trying to download some DS roms, but even after a few days it comes up with the 401 error...
"Please wait for your download to finish before starting another.
If you're not downloading anything, please try again in a couple minutes."
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm not downloading anything, and its really annoying not being able to get any roms.
