New to vimm's lair need help with PSP vault

I'm trying to download a PSP game from the vault, but it takes me to this other page saying "Please wait for your download to finish before starting another." and "If you're not downloading anything, please try again in a couple minutes."
I tried waiting, (nothing happened) and then trying to download a different game, but the same thing happens. Pls help.
