If you are using dolphin, you might want to try the most recent devloper mode to run nkit files. The stable 5.0 version does not work for some people.
Optionally, you can also download the NKIT to ISO file convertor. Please download the NKit 1.4 + Wii Partition (it will take approx. 6 hours) from vimm's. Hope this helps!
