I also had problems with the N64 emulator downloaded from this site. I recommend downloading it elsewhere and trying again.
everytime i try to download any nintendo 64 roms (specifically super mario 64, loz oot, loz mm and starfox 64), the download starts and says it is completed within a few seconds, but i know isn't true. I get the error saying cannot open rom because plugins have not been initailized.
