NKit.ISO issues

I have tried to download a few Wii games for the Dolphin emulator. The download went through fine, and I extracted it using 7-zip into the folder I use for emulated games. However, Dolphin gives an error, saying it is a Non-Wii file. When I try to use NKit to convert it to a normal ISO, the program gives an error, saying the Wii partition is missing or needs updating. Any advice?
