Are you sure revision 1 is the one you are looking for? Revision means there has been changes made to it, whereas version 1 means it is the original and nothing has been changed.
I'm assume you are looking for the original version, the one that still has blood and that Muslim song in it? If that's what you are looking for then version 1 is the one you are looking for. And I'm pretty sure the forth link I posted is the original version. The one titled "Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time (USA)"
I think Revision A would be version 1.1, Revision B would be 1.2, and the normal titled one would be 1.0
