Oof, I didn't know my computer was that slow. I am having trouble running N64 games. They won't boot with parallel N64.

What games are you having issues with? I doubt you would have much luck playing anything past SNES/Genesis generation of consoles with your Chromebook. According to this, you're CPU is only 1.04 GHz
