Also, when you download a Wii game from here, it should tell you what languages it's in. For example, when downloading Mario Kart Wii, when you hit the download button and are prompted where you would like to save it, the title shown is "Mario Kart Wii (USA) (En,Fr,Es).7z

Just found this list of US ISOs. Turns out a good number of them are multi language
