Weird, I have NKit\Recovery\Redump/Wii\B56C9C8AFEC8C60A2E7828A0C6B2D45C69E7D76A_N_940B57BB . Maybe the Linux compatibility just isn't as good as Windows.
Hm, comparing your screenshot to my output, it seems as though I'm missing an update partition and it added filler, which then caused the checksum to calculate differently. I'll redownload the NKit recovery files hosting in this site and give it another try.
