I'm pretty sure all types of downloads can be monitored by your ISP. If you do get an email from them, then it goes to show they have no respect for privacy and you should definitely switch. So far, I haven't gotten anything and I'm good.
No. I'm pretty sure it's torrents you have to worry about with stuff like that
