uh, yeah, it's completely possible, it's just for some reason PS2 has always been one of the more complicated emulators to set up.

first off, you need the emulator itself, I'll leave that to you.
second, you will need a Bios, again, it's up to you how you obtain that.
third, put the bios into the bios folder of the emulator (make sure to have it extracted)
fourth, get the game and extract it.
fifth, run the emulator, complete the start-up, and try running the game.
for the controller just plug it into the computer and go to the controller config and set it up.

if something goes wrong I'm not surprised, this stuff never works properly the first time. Good Luck.
