Trouble getting Monster Hunter Tri to work.

Newbie to emulation so bear with me.

Trying to get MHtri to work but I'm having trouble installing it to Dolphin, even with the added ReadMe's help.

Don't suppose anyone mind giving me a little bit of a written walkthrough?
