Those are probably all good options but my dad isn't very tech efficient and likes PC only basically. My brother only really knows how to just grab a controller and play a game. I'd be getting it running for him and what not. So, basically just trying to find something not super expensive PC wise that can run and play a few N64 games through the emulator. Thanks for the options though!

But yeah, if you think the Raspberry Pi 4 isn't powerful enough, just let me know. I'll show you a few other inexpensive machines that are more powerful
