"Wait for Download" screen not fixed

A while back, I posted a comment on the wrong file format downloading. Another issue that coincided with that was the "Error 503, wait for download to finish" screen showing up despite no downloads running. This is still going on, and it's getting really frustrating. It was said to be caused in Chrome by hitting the back button after coming to this screen. I have not done this, and instead have gone directly to the site again and tried to download the roms. The same issue still occurs. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at this.
