I do not have files like that in the folder i have all of my mGBA stuff in.

I save downloaded roms to my C drive.

To be honest if you could or know how to could you send me a video on how you save? I shift+f10 and it opens a menu for saving states and then i save a state using one of the boxes, but when i close the game it deletes them all. it is not creating separate files outside of the rom.

When you download a ROM, where do you save it?

Notice in the above image the two files, one is a .sav and the other is .ss1, those are the save files created by pressing Shift F10. Do you have files like that in the folder where you saved your ROMs
