I understand they are saved on your C drive. I want to know exactly where. There are folders on your computer with varying levels of permission

I do not have files like that in the folder i have all of my mGBA stuff in.
I save downloaded roms to my C drive.
To be honest if you could or know how to could you send me a video on how you save? I shift+f10 and it opens a menu for saving states and then i save a state using one of the boxes, but when i close the game it deletes them all. it is not creating separate files outside of the rom.
