Can you take a screen shot of the message you are getting and upload it to imgur, please?
Do you have 7-Zip or WinRAR installed on your computer? If you do, unzip the ROM to make sure it works

It finished downloading it just keeps giving me an error message that the ROM is not fully configured, even tho ive changed and configured all my settings
