You're unable to extract the game from the .7z? Do you have 7-Zip installed?

I'm using the most recent Stable version on their website, I think it was 5.0. Based on the link, it seems compatible. I tried re-extracting, no results. I guess I could try redownloading, but it takes a few hours.
