Tinman1325 you can bulk download from the-eye using wget on Windows.
I don't recommend people to bulk download from the site because it chews up all the bandwidth and hosting the eye is not cheap a download the games that you are going to play. A quote from the staff

"I love old classic games "

I believe The Eye will allow you to download the entire PS1 collection at once, but you need to be using Linux. Not sure why they don't just create a torrent for it
