I just tested it, .gcz recovers to .iso just fine. So all you need to do is convert it yourself
And the next time you ask people for help, maybe don't say you're too lazy to do something. Especially something that takes very little effort

It's .nkit.gcz
I seriously doubt there's much, if any, difference between that and .nkit.iso
