Also, @skeller0160, downloads are not slow at The Eye, they're pretty fast actually. And if they don't want people to bulk download then it would probably be best not to. I mean, you're going to do what you're going to do, but there are thousands of games for the PS1... do you really plan on playing every single one?
I have no idea where it would download on Windows, I assume the Downloads folder. There's also a very simple search function in Windows that allows you to find any file anywhere on your computer
