You do realize CSGO is free on steam right?
I don't think multiplayer for it works, even if you get a copy running. Get it on steam when it's cheap. If you can't spare the couple bucks it usually fetches on sale, then this you could try this link - https://ps3roms.com/counter-strike-global-offensive/ (found through Vimm's FFA Links)
