I think I know why, there is an App known as IFunny and they feature a different assortment of memes everyday. On posts they have two top comments which have the most likes and I saw one recently which was about emulation. One of the top comments was about Vimm's Lair and told people to go to it like an advertisement. I'm sure hundreds of people have seen it by now possible thousand or more. Which could explain why they're mobile users. Other than that I have no idea

Vimm's Lair saw a surge of traffic today that's quite unusual for a Monday and I'm curious where it's from. I could be totally off but there seems to be a rise in mobile users coming from an Android app, so could someone kindly point me in the right direction?
