Is there a way i can just split the file on my SD card, its 250GB? if so, would you possibly give me a step by step process?

It may be the limitations of the file system. For wii games larger than 3 gb, I would recommend using a usb drive instead of an sd card. You can use the windows program Wii Backup Manager to load the .wbfs file to a fat 32 formatted usb, then run the game on your wii through usbloader gx or wiiflow.
