Faulty Super Mario Sunshine download file

I've attempted to run Super Mario Sunshine on both Dolphin and Nintendont. Both instances crash. Dolphin crashed the first time due to an invalid read. The second time, the game said an error occurred and I should refer to the Gamecube manual. Nintendont failed to launch at all with the errors "Failed to read header" and "Read error." I haven't touched the Sunshine file itself when attempting to launch from both Nintendont and Dolphin. It's located in the /games/ folder at the root of a Fat32 USB 3.0. This download however, https://romsie.com/download/roms/gamecube/super-mario-sunshine, works just fine on both devices. Do note that the new download link is the European version.
