Just download the PS3UPDAT.PUP from the official website. Then open RPCS3, go to file and install firmware. If RPCS3 is not starting the download you might need to update to the latest version or try reinstalling. If the link from the official sony website isn't installing the PS3UPDAT file just right click it and select "Save link as"
