Ratchet and Clank - Going Commando

Well, this is something that happened. I was playing "Ratchet and Clank - Going Commando," it was dragging at odd times, which I expect with my tin box of a computer, but then I hit Aquatos. All of a sudden, there were green lines running over the screen and at one point, the actual screen itself disappeared, replaced by a green screen with a water image in the background! The level was unplayable.

Again, I don't know if that was a glitch, or my poor machine unable to work the level.
