World's Scariest Police Chases

I'm emulating this game on both PCSX2 (PS2 emulator) and ePSXe (PS1 emulator). On the PCSX2 version the screen becomes a yellow and green blur and on the ePSXe version the main menu becomes frozen and you can't see what your selecting, but you can still play it. Anyone have any fixes for the PCSX2 version or the ePSXe version?
