LSD Dream Emulator for PS

Alright, I went to grab a copy of LSD Dream Emulator from the vault when I noticed that there wasn't one. Furthermore, I guess I glossed over that the game was only released in Japan, so I had to seek out a fan translation. I ended up finding a dropbox with the .bin file and I figured out how to patch the .bin with a fan translation. Is there any way these (the o.g. copy and the fan translation) could be uploaded to the vault? I know it would be more convenient for people looking to play, especially the English fan translation.
P.S. to mods- sorry if this post breaks any rules, I have no problem with it being removed if it does, in fact, break forum rules.
