My only suggestion would be to close your browser completely and then reopen it and try again.
If that doesn't work clear your cookies out and try again.
Sometimes a restart can help too

when i go to download a ps1 isos it tells me it cant download because it is already downloading. nothing is downloading when this happens. when it tells you to push this to stop the download if your not downloading it doesnt work, comes up error. any help would be cool
