Downloading woes

I don't know if this is frowned upon to talk about here, and if so sorry. But is it possible at all for an individual to put the download urls into a DL manager or queuer to make downloading more streamlined? I don't want to download things more than 1 item at a time but having to press 5 different things per tab is starting to get a bit tiring. I'm sorry if this isn't allowed to talk about
