Go to games, select your region, find the game, click download, then click the direct download link. It will be a .cia file. If you still don't know, ask in their discord. The invite is https://discord.gg/dYKm279
I tried using the site but it looks a little sketchy to download 3DS roms to my PC, could you maybe explain how it's safe and what to do in terms of downloading roms to PC specifically? (Sorry for any hassle)
