Yeah, that's right. I remember that I had to get on IRC to find roms that you couldn't get on any websites at the time, mostly obscure Japanese stuff, 1000-in-one carts and so on. Other than that, though, there wasn't much to rom finding. You could just do a Google search for the filename and come up with it in no time.
Of course, it's not that much fun anymore, since I downloaded the complete GoodNES on UTorrent in a few hours. For some reason, that takes all the fun out of finding and playing crappy obscure titles.

It was me, Dru and AnimeKid, we started it heh ...that was so ong ago -.- ... i still download them....tho i have moved up to PSX\n64 now ...already have all the snes ones... Torrents are the way to go now it seems
