The previous screen shot indicates the game is called "Nobunaga's Ambition: Lord of Darkness".

Ok im looking for a old game the main idea was you went and built your own kingdom there was sectioned off like this map here ((this is from a different game))

But you had to go in and set what units you wanted there and so on. Was kind of chrtoon graphics but I remerememberre being on the 1st map a bridge in the top left area and then a big powerful warlord aka a black knight like in the middle his country was like a pink/purple... and it was part turn based/part active as in if you wanted to play that battle you could if not then the pc did it for you. OH and you could get more men if you only took out the rules of that part of the land you got what ever units was left that you dint kill
