Thank you very much, I've been trying for weeks to track down that error. I'll be sure to get vlm downloads fixed soon.

Just wanted to add, that when trying to download a .VLM, I get the following message after it is built and the link to click on it to say there is a problem has gone away (this example was with NES DuckTales). I've tried PC IE, PC Firefox, and 2 Macintosh browsers, all with the same problem:
