Mother was originally for the NES. It was slated for a North American release, but by the time it was ready the SNES release of Earthbound was coming out so they canned it. Try this link for an english hack/fan translation of it Earthbound Zero/Mother (NES)[T] I tested it and it works with Nestopia.

Mother 3 was for the GBA. I don't have the ROM, but I do remember it getting an english fan translation that was quite good. You might want to try google if no one else replies.
