You can try this site http://www.games-down.net/psx-iso/0158-diablo-usa-psx-iso-download.html. It's hosted on fileserve so put in the captcha, wait for the timer and then download. It seems to run fine on ePSXe.

it was a great game in its time and im itching to play it again but there seems to be not even a single good copy of the game anywhere on the web so far i have had very little problems from anything gotten from this site, i was wondering if someone could get a good iso or bin of it up some time soon
