broken rom and/or emulator

hello, I just downloaded the new version of the visual boy advance emulator because none of the gameboy advance pokemon games didn't work, and they still don't, gameboy and gameboy color pokemon games work but not GBA, other GBA games work but the pokemon GBA games, I was hoping you could somehow fix this
