Internal Error Adding to Database

Adding a second obscure-game manual, having looked back and addressed the issues I found adding my first months ago ("Uploaded Manual" thread...). Sega Genesis "Ex-Mutants", 11 300dpi pngs numbered 0-10, 35.1MB zip if I try color for the covers and grayscale for the rest, 44.2MB if I try all color. Zip seems to upload, all image files are enumerated, but the system ends with an "Internal Error Adding to Database". Any thoughts what might be up?
